In this interview to Re3, Professor Robert O. Mendelsohn, Yale School of Forestry and Environmental Studies, discusses the effects of climate change on Agriculture, Heating & Cooling, Sea Level Rise and the Water Cycle. 

Mendelsohn explains there appears to be a "hill-shaped relationship" applicable to Agriculture, Heating & Cooling and Sea Level Rise, the effects of global warming on the Water Cycle are far more difficult to assess.
